These conditions apply to all sales from Sensilist AS, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unless otherwise specifically provided in these terms and conditions, apply the Purchase Act.
Sensilist AS basically only sells to companies registered in the Brønnøysund Register. We reserve the right to reject / limit orders if delivery is not considered justifiable.
We only deliver to Norway. Contact us for foreign delivery.
The terms and other information are only available in Norwegian.
The conditions together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase.
The seller is: Sensilist AS and is hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "our".
Buyer is: The person who is stated as the buyer in the order and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "you", "yours" or "yours".

The item / product
The item and / or service is delivered as described in the offer, order confirmation or contract. Information obtained from other places is only binding to the extent that they are referred to in the offer, order confirmation or contract.
Installation, commissioning, training and service must be agreed separately and are not included if it is not stated in the offer, order confirmation or contract.
Offers are on hold for 30 days.
Ordering and agreement process
All specifications and data found on sensilist.no, in product materials and product catalogs etc., can be changed / adjusted without special notice until a binding purchase agreement has been entered into.
All orders are binding.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail, to the e-mail address you have registered with us. Carefully read the order confirmation as soon as you receive it and check if it is in accordance with the order.
We strive to provide as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typographical errors, which may mean that we can not deliver in accordance with information provided in offers, in our online store, our marketing or in any other way.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to change / cancel your order or parts of it, if the product has been discontinued or sold out. You will then be notified of this, along with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.
Your order is binding. We are also bound by your order if this does not deviate from what is offered by us in our offer, our online store, or our marketing.
If the order has been entered into by you as a private person, you still have the right to proceed with the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, see Chapter 6 of the agreement in more detail.
Exceptions may occur, see section 22.
Prices
All prices are stated ex. VAT, fees, shipping and any insurance.
Shipping costs are in addition to the agreed purchase price both for shipping with an independent carrier and for our own distribution of goods.
The item for sale can be insured during transport by agreement, this is done at your expense.
If in the period between offer / order and payment changes are made in public fees and taxes, fees or there are changes in the relationship between currency at our supplier and us by more than two percentage points, we reserve the right to charge you as a buyer the whole the change in increased costs. You also have the right to have the entire change credited at lower costs.
Simple Orders under NOK 1,000 can be charged with a small order surcharge.
Payment
The contract amount is invoiced and falls due for payment according to the agreed payment deadline. Partial deliveries are invoiced for each individual partial delivery.
Deliveries to private individuals are assumed to be prepaid by card.
In the case of invoicing, an invoice will be issued when the item is shipped,
with due 14 days from receipt of shipment.
If you want PO no./ order no. or other information on the invoice, this must be stated when ordering.
We do not give credit to private customers. Registered corporate customers have the option of credit / post-invoicing against a credit check. Credit period is 14 days,
unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
If you use a credit card or debit card when paying, we can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering for up to 4 days from the order.
When paying by credit card, the law on credit purchases etc. come into use.
For large deliveries, the contract amount is invoiced as follows: 30% of the contract amount at the conclusion of the purchase contract, 60% upon delivery of the item (s) and the last 10% upon completion of installation.
By large deliveries is meant deliveries over NOK 500,000.
In the event of a delay due to circumstances for which you as the buyer are responsible, payment shall be made in accordance with original schedule.
If you require a bank guarantee, you as the buyer will be charged costs for this.
Uncollected / returned packages will be charged a fee to cover our expenses.
In the event of a reminder of non-payment, a reminder fee will be added.
In the event of non-payment, the claim will, after prior notice, be sent for collection. In the case of partial delivery, only the partial delivery is charged.
In the event of late payment, interest accrues from due date until payment has taken place, in accordance with The Late Payment Interest Act (law on interest in case of late payment and more). The interest rate is set by the Ministry of Finance twice a year
Shipping and delivery
All shipments are made at the buyer's risk.
Delivery takes place in accordance with a more detailed agreement in the sent offer / order confirmation or the like.
Delivery time must be expected, some products may be ordered goods.
General delivery times stated on sensilist.com must be considered as indicative.
The time of delivery otherwise follows from the provisions of the Purchase Act, so that delivery is considered to have taken place when the goods have been handed over to an independent carrier. When we take care of the delivery ourselves, or you as a customer pick up the item from us, delivery takes place upon delivery to you.
Upon delivery, the risk of the item passes to you as the buyer.
If you fail to receive / take over an item that is made available to you under the agreement, you still have the risk of loss or damage due to properties of the item itself. Any storage / return costs will be taken care of at your expense and risk.
If we are to carry out the installation of the object, you as the buyer are responsible for preparing the installation site for the equipment, including providing the necessary connections and the like.
If we have to prepare the installation site ourselves, without this being agreed in advance - or we have to use extra crew due to building conditions, this will be at your expense and risk.
We are not responsible for errors or delays that may occur as a result of defects in installations for which you as a customer are responsible.
If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we know about it, together with information about and possibly when delivery can take place, or if the product (s) are sold out.
As soon as you have received the products, you should check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products are otherwise faulty or defective.
UN COLLECTED PACKAGES:
Upon receipt of returns due to uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs, ie return and handling costs, as well as accrued interest and fees on invoices.
Purchases made by Private Individuals
You have a 7-day deadline to pick up your package at your nearest post office or Post in store. If the package is still not picked up after 7 days, it will be sent back to us.
Packages that are not picked up will be charged a fee of NOK 199, - to cover the costs we have had in connection with the uncollected package and are not covered by the right of withdrawal for private individuals.
Complaint
If the product has faults or defects, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the fault.
Upon receipt, you must examine the item thoroughly and report any obvious defects immediately, and no later than within 14 calendar days.
Transport damage must be marked on receipt and registered by the driver.
Defects that can only be discovered after installation and / or commissioning must be invoked within 14 calendar days after the defect is discovered.
The same deadline also applies if you later discover defects in the product that provide a basis for a complaint.
or the sake of documentation, we recommend that complaints are sent to us in writing by e-mail. You have a right of complaint only for defects due to manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint lapses 12 months. after delivery, cf. Purchase Act section 2. The error must be present when you get the product in your possession.
During this period, we undertake to carry out free repair and replacement of defective parts at our head office or at the manufacturer.
You are responsible for the costs and risk of the shipment until we receive it.
In the event of delayed delivery due to circumstances on the buyer's side, the right of complaint runs from the day delivery should have taken place.
If you have not settled the overdue purchase price in the event of a complaint, we can postpone the rectification of the defect until the due purchase price has been paid in full.
The right of complaint lapses if connections or interventions have been made in the product without our consent. The same applies if damage occurs as a result of improper or incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, faults in the power and water supply or other external influences.
The right of complaint does not include ordinary maintenance, parts and work that is a result of normal wear and tear, such as gaskets, hoses, bulbs, fuses and the like. or software upgrade.
Repair
Repair after the expiry of the complaint period or of defects that do not fall under your right of complaint is an ordinary repair agreement, where you as the buyer bear all costs.
or such repairs, you have a right to make a complaint for 6 months for the fault (s) that have been rectified, from the time the item has been repaired and made available to you for collection or from the time it has been handed over to an independent carrier for dispatch to you.
The right of complaint lapses if connections or interventions have been made in the product without our consent. The same applies if damage occurs as a result of improper or incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, faults in the power and water supply or other external influences. If you have not settled the overdue purchase price in the event of a complaint, we can postpone the rectification of the defect until the due purchase price has been paid in full.
Replacement
In the event of breach of the purchase contract, the affected party can only claim compensation for documented financial loss in accordance with the provisions of the Purchase Act with the following restrictions:
- No indirect losses are covered, such as losses due to downtime, loss of loss (loss because the product cannot be utilized), loss due to the termination of the contract with a third party or not being fulfilled correctly, or damage to anything other than the product.
- The compensation can not exceed the contract amount.
Sales pledge
We have a sales lien on all sold items as security for our claim for the purchase price with the addition of interest and costs.
Duty of confidentiality
The parties shall not allow unauthorized persons access to information concerning the other party's technical facilities, prices, personnel conditions, business analyzes and calculations or other trade secrets of which the party becomes aware in connection with the conclusion of the agreement and execution of the delivery.
Return / credit (cancellation)
Return of purchased equipment can only take place with the written consent of us, and for you as the buyer's risk and expense. Returns of items with a purchase price of less than NOK 1,000 or items with a limited shelf life are not accepted. Agreed returns, which are not due to a valid complaint, are generally credited with a share of the contract sum less any return costs where lost gross profit and costs incurred after checking invoice are taken into account, a maximum of 70% of the sale price. In the event of return due to transport damage, incorrect picking, shelf life deviation, or errors / defects in the item, the seller / order office at Sensilist will send you a pre-stamped return note. Return form must always be sent with the item in return. Customer, order number, reason for return, etc. must be filled in. read more about return conditions on this page.
Private individuals have the right to withdraw the right of withdrawal law.
Evt. Right of withdrawal form can be downloaded here, and is attached when returning the item.
Disputes, choice of law, venue
Any dispute between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties do not find a solution, the case is processed according to Norwegian law in Norwegian courts with our (seller's) business address as venue.
Training and courses
n the case of an agreement on training or courses under the auspices of Sensilist AS, the course / training must take place within 3 months of the agreement entered into, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Sensilist AS.
Customer data and personal information
The information will not be shared with third parties without your permission. All customer data is stored securely and in accordance with Norwegian law.
The information will only be used for the purposes mentioned below.

Sensilist AS is responsible for all transactions through sensilist.com.
We want you to feel safe when you shop with us, and make sure that personal information is processed in a secure way. In some cases, we need information to provide you with services that you request, and this privacy statement applies to the collection and use of data in such situations.
We use the information for the following purposes:
- To ensure that the websites meet your needs
- To deliver products and services, such as newsletters, special offers and other information that you request or purchase
- To help us create and publish content that is relevant to you
- To notify you of new items, special offers, updated information and other new services from us
